Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, provided that you ordered more than one item in a single order and they are delivered together or have been delivered together;
  • on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last good, provided that you ordered more than one item in a single order and they are delivered together or have been delivered together.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, which can be done via email: info@YOURSHOP. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received the notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will this refund incur additional costs for you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods immediately and in any case, no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only need to pay for the diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to unnecessary handling by you and after checking the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and are made based on individual selection or decision by the consumer which is decisive, or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • for the delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • for the delivery of alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed in the contract, and which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract was concluded and depend on fluctuations in the market which the entrepreneur cannot control;
  • for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires early in contracts:

  • for the delivery of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the seal was removed after delivery;
  • for the delivery of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
  • for the delivery of audio or video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging if the seal was removed after delivery.
